HI, I’M MADDY,
I’m a Sydney-based marketing strategist who recently returned home after six years living and working in North America. At GlowUp Digital Consultants, I help small businesses grow through smart strategy, hands-on execution, and results that really matter.

A BIT ABOUT ME:
Originally from Australia and New Zealand, I’ve spent 5+ years in marketing, e-commerce, and operations. My last role was as the E-Commerce and Operations Manager for a Canadian skincare brand, where I loved wearing multiple hats — from leading digital marketing and paid ads to managing email campaigns, content creation, web optimisation, and logistics. I also enjoyed managing teams and coordinating projects across different areas, making sure everything ran smoothly while achieving measurable results.

Along the way, I also created Uncovering Montreal, one of the city’s go-to travel blogs, and Uncovering with Mads, a Sydney-based travel and lifestyle platform. These passion projects strengthened my skills in SEO, web design, content strategy, social media, and audience growth, and gave me a hands-on, entrepreneurial perspective.
